The Winkie Program Book is a tradition started in 2009 by David Maxine. The program book is a 7"x 10" square-bound trade paperback featuring a color cover, schedule of events and a huge amount of excellent material related to the year's theme.

This issue features a map of Asilomar, the 2012 schedule of events, information on the guests, essays on Sky Island, Kabumpo, and Pumperdink, an art gallery and the Winkie History.
The 2012 Winkie Convention Program Book was also available as a limited edition hardcover with different cover art.
